Returns and Order Cancellations
We make every attempt to process and ship all orders within 3 - 4 business days of receipt. The only exception to this is in the case of a special order where product is being carefully made especially for your needs. In either case, you will not be charged for any product before it ships. If for any reason a delay is encountered in the planned processing or shipment of your order, you will be contacted immediately and provided the opportunity to cancel.
All products are packaged carefully to arrive at your door as pleasing in person as they are on our site. If your product is damaged in shipment, please contact the carrier immediately to process your claim for a replacement.
If you have a need to return a product due to defects. just contact us with the reason for the return and we will reply with instructions. A small restocking fee may be required on some products. Unfortunately, partially used products and special orders can not be returned.

Credit Card Orders - Your credit card will be charged the day your product ships, not before.
